這10強都是我在鹿兒島到訪過的餐廳，全部都是十分推介的！很有參考價值！
The top 10 are the restaurants I have visited in Kagoshima Prefecture. They are all good and highly recommended :) For your reference.

No 18 愛家那あいかな - 奄美鶏飯 Chicken Rice

>>和香港的大排檔相似，有26間小店可供選擇。可惜店舖實在太多，不能每一間都到訪，隨意選擇了11號的日置藏，主打串燒，我們還點了雞肉沙律。

>>This is a place similar to the Tai Pai Dong in Hong Kong. There are 26 small shops for selection. It is impossible to try every single one in one night. We ended up chose Shop no. 11 Hiokigura for the BBQ skewers. We have ordered the Chicken Salad as well.

實在太美味啦！看似平平無奇的沙律原來絕不簡單！

Chicken Salad is Deeeeliciousss!!! It looks nothing special but with suprising taste!!

意猶未盡，想起看過有人推介一家小店的雞飯，那刻想不起店名，但記起店外放著一個寫上雞飯的巴士站牌，憑著線索很快便找到。店內坐滿了客人，他們見到我們立即主動坐迫一點，騰出位置，然後便滿臉笑容看著我們，來不及反應，他們已經跟我們聊天，基於言語不通，只能明白20%內容，其他只有傻笑。

We felt like hopping on to another shop and remembered a shop is famous for the chicken rice. I did not remember the shop name but abled to recall the bus stand outside the shop as a clues to find out the location. The shop was full of customers, but they squeezed among themselves to free some space for us while we entered the shop. Then they looked at us with a smile and opened up the conversation before we reacted. Since neither of us speak the same language, we were able to understand each other 20% and with 80% laughter.

雞飯的確很好吃，飯浸在雞湯內，味道更鮮味。唯一不習慣的是其他食客在吸煙，濃煙在已經很小的店舖內令空氣很不流通，吃罷雞飯不得立即離開。

The chicken rice is also a wonderful dish. The rice soak in the chicken broth and so juicy. The only drawback is the other customers smoked inside the shop. The air become worser inside a small cubic which is the reasn why I left immediately after finished the rice.

>>以串燒和燒酒聞名，第一次到訪居酒屋，感覺特別新鮮。提供的開胃菜是精緻美味，為串燒大餐揭開序幕。

>>Renown with the BBQ skewers and Sake. My first time visit Izakaya in Japan and feeling so special. They offer a delicacy for appetizer which a good start for the big skewer feast.

3) [屋久島Yakushima] 前身Stax Cafe，現已轉手

位置: 於宮之浦橋轉角位，對面是書店

Location: Closed to the corner before Miyanoura Bridge, opposite to the book store

>>新開張的有機Cafe，提供日式西餐，店主是位好爸爸，能說簡單英語，很熱情，免費為我們送上咖啡、茶和蛋糕。以在屋久島的家庭式餐廳來說，價錢偏貴，但親切態度仍然吸引再次光顧。

>>Newly opened Cafe served Western Japanese cuisine. The owner is a very nice father. He could speak simple English and hospitable. He offered us free coffee/ tea and also a cake. It is a family style cafe with relatively high price. However, the passion and friendly service would attract you to visit again.

4) [鹿兒島Kagoshima] 目黑

位置: 藍綠色門，近全黃色的GANDHAHA

Location: Shop with blue-green door, near to GANDHANA in yellow

>>店主為鹿兒島人，店內只有大阪燒和廣島燒，店主除醉心製作大阪燒外，還很喜歡賽馬，所以在店裡貼滿賽馬海報。

>>The shop owner is a local Kagoshima-er and specialised in making okonomiyaki. Aside from that, he loves horse racing. So there are lots of horse racing posters in his shop.

5) [鹿兒島Kagoshima] くろいわラーメン本店中華拉麵 Kuroiwa Ramen

>>家庭式經營，由孫仔到兒子到嫲嫲都在店內負責不同崗位。只售賣三款拉麵和餃子，湯底十分濃郁。位於天文館步行街，不可能會錯過。

>>Family owned ramen restaurant, operated by three generateions. Grandson, Father & Mother, Grandmother have their own role. They served only three types of ramen and dumpling. The soup taste super strong. It is located in the indoor hallway in Temmonkan which you cannot miss.

>>連鎖位壽司品牌，多款即點即製的魚生壽司，點選多款香港不常見的魚生，以鱒魚最得我歡心。

>>Chain sushi brand with various sashimi and sushi. They prepare them fresh to the table. We tried the uncommon sashimi found in Hong Kong and Bonito is my favourite one.

>>A recommendation by the hostel owner. It is located closed to the Ibusuki train station. The black pig cuisine and the traditional Satsuma cuisine is a must try item.
