Itinerary: City Hall x Arts Metro Station in Blue Line x Veggie Buffet in Hermans
斯德哥爾摩市政廳聲名大噪的原因是這裡是每年12月舉辦諾貝爾和平獎晚宴的場地。建築師Ragnar Östberg建造市政廳時，起初命名為Blue Hall，因為會把整座油上藍色但他發現紅磚牆的初型很美，最後決定保留紅色。但此時公眾和刊物已經以Blue House定名，所以沒有再更改市政廳名稱。
The reason why the city hall in Stockholm is famous because the Noble Prize annual dinner held here in December. When the architecture Ragnar Östberg built this city hall, he named it as Blue Hall. He aimed to paint the whole building in blue once established. However, the red bricks look so nice already, he felt. That’s why he changed his mind to keep it in red. The city hall remained to be named Blue Hall as the publication and the public were using that officially. To avoid confusion, they did not rename the city hall.
Ragnar是一個思想創新的建築師，他希望市政廳由外到內，每一間房到房內的設計都要不一樣，有著獨特的風格。
Ragnar is a very innovative artist. He would like the city hall to be a completely unique building no matter from the inside to the outside. The design of all rooms have to be different and also the design in the room as well.
這個寬大的廣場就是諾貝爾和平獎晚宴的地方，兩旁的石柱數目是不相乎，這就是Ragnar的建築理念;其中一幅牆更有一顆星星，聲稱在樓梯上站在星星前的角度，影出的相片是最漂亮的，我們嘗試過，但不覺得特別令人驚訝。
This spacious square is the venue for the annual dinner of Noble Prize. The number of pillars on the left and right sides are not the same. This is how Ragnar applied the concept of different. The wall on one side has one and the only one star, in the square. I was told that if you were a few stairs up in front of the star with a right angle, the picture taken is the most spectacular. We tried but fail to present that extraordinary feeling.
走訪每一間房，有著不同的顏色和格局，天花左邊和右邊畫著不同的圖案。市政廳沒有以往給予人古板﹑守舊﹑嚴肅的感覺，全程45分鐘的導覽我都是懷著欣賞的心態參觀，在導遊講解下，遊覽更有意思，了解更多。
Every room presents unique colour and layout. The ceiling on the left has different pattern than that on the right. This city hall do not feel rigid, old and cold. The guide tour takes 45 minutes with detail and clear explanation. It helps to understand more of the place you are standing. I highly recommended.
走出市政廳，太陽在放晴，霧也消散，能拍出天朗氣清的斯德哥爾摩。
Stepping out from the city hall was the warm and shine sun to embrace us. The sky was not misty anymore which gave us a chance to take some very nice shots of Stockholm.

在斯德哥爾摩，吃一個魚柳包是必做的事情。我說的不是M記的魚柳包，而是小食車的傳統味道。
Another must-do in Stockholm is to try the fish fillet bun. I do not mean the one you found in American brand M, but those in the kiosk in Stockholm with the taste of traditional.
在飢餓的情況下，魚柳包特別好吃，你一口我一口，不消一會已經在我們肚子裡。
The fish fillet bun tastes super delicious when you are in hunger. A bite after another, all were in our stomach.
吃飽立即展開我們的藝術之旅，先走訪部份藍色綫的藝術車站。藍色綫是斯德哥爾摩地鐵具歷史的綫路，多數車站都建在地底深深處。藝術車站保留了地底原有的石牆，沒有多餘的粉飾，牆身凹凹凸凸獨一無二。牆身有的畫上圖畫，有的只是簡單油上顏色。初時牆上的圖畫以故事性或批判社會現象為題，我看過有車站左邊畫上在大草原上有各種動物，小朋友在快樂地跑動唱歌，右手邊背景仍然是大自然，但變成了被過度發展的村莊，有大貨車和機建設施令村莊更繁華，但環境變得污煙瘴氣，村民臉上找不到笑容。
Time is short. We started our arts journey right after we chewed the bun. The blue line is a long history metro line in Stockholm. Most of the stations are deeply underground. The arts stations remain the original rock as the wall without over-replenishing. The surface of the wall is not even which projected the specialty and uniqueness. Some of the wall with drawings on, some of them with only plain paint. The drawings are stories in the society or criticizing the world issue. One of the stations has the drawing on the left side the nature with varieties of animals, kids run around happily and singing. On the right side is still the same background, but the nature is destroyed and became a developing village with cranes and construction facilities. They aimed to develop the village into a cosmopolitan, but the consequences were the massive pollution and the villagers were not happy anymore.
最後到訪Hermans，那裡的自助餐很有名，價錢不平但尚可接受，提供全素主題自助餐，當日的主題是亞洲之夜。Benny是全素人士，所以我們便邀請他和女友一起，作為離開瑞典回港前的謝禮。
We visited Hermans which is popular with the veggie buffet. The price is not cheap but acceptable. They provided different theme and we had an Asian night. Benny is a vegan so we also invited him and his girlfriend to join. It was also a thank-you and goodbye meal before we went back to Hong Kong.
食物選擇不多，只擺滿兩張枱，有飯有麵、沙律、湯、炒菜﹑薯仔都有，唯獨找不到各種以豆為主的菜式，這點我是失望的。但整體味道不錯，一定可以吃飽，他們更有各種茶包以供選擇。
The choice of food are not much which occupied only two tables. It offers rice, noodles, salad, soup, fried vegetables, and potatoes. However, I cannot find dishes based with beans and I admitted that I was a bit disappointed. The overall taste is not bad and you could be full even they are vegetable. Aside from that, they provided plenty of tea and they are all fine and organic.
剛剛看著地圖，發現我只到過的瑞典只是冰山一角，還有北部未完全到過。瑞典那麼大，一定會再來！
Just now when I scrolling on the map, I realized the Sweden I have visited is tip of the iceberg. The northern part is magnificent and it is something I should do in the future. I would definitely be back to Sweden again!
