[歐洲 德國瑞典 Europe Germany & Sweden] Day 12

酒店提供早餐，真的是名副其實的歐陸式早餐，麵包﹑芝士﹑果醬﹑炒蛋﹑香腸﹑乳酪﹑粟米片﹑生果、瑞典特產醃魚﹑果汁﹑咖啡和茶任君選擇。

The hotel provided a wonderful breakfast with various food choice. They have bread, cheese, jam, fried egg, sausages, yogurt, cereals, fruit, Swedish Pickled Herring, juices, coffee and tea.

美食當前，心情特別愉快。十分期待明天的來臨，因為又可以食早餐！

Nice food make you smile. I was so looking forward for tomorrow because it will start with breakfast time.

我們先去遊覽一座已荒廢的城堡Skansen Kronan, 當地人說天氣好可以清楚看到哥德堡全景。雖然已荒廢，但沒有野草逢生，仍可找到上山的路，因為當地人不時來散步溜狗。位置不高，10分鐘後已登頂，藍天白雲紅色小屋，如果可以在這裡野餐就更寫意。

First thing in the morning was to visit the abandoned castle called Skansen Kronan. We were told that if the weather is nice, the full view of the city is well observed. Even the castle is abandoned, you do not see the weed growing everywhere and the road leading to the top is hidden. The locals come here often to walk their dog keeping the place alive. It took only 10 minutes to reach the summit. We saw the red rooftop houses under the blue sky. It would be perfect to have a picnic to relax.

回程時，地面結冰，加上走下坡，真的要小心走路。

The ground was with frozen ice and it was in a downhill path.

沒有去野餐，但去了一間歷史悠久的古典cafe吃全宇宙最大的玉桂捲。Cafe叫Cafe Husaren。

There was no picnic but we went to a very traditional and historical café for the largest Cinnamon Roll in the world. It is called Café Husaren.

Cafe裝潢十分典雅，全木椅桌，充滿歷史痕跡。在這裡我重遇大黃Rabarbar, 是一樽凍大黃汁，味道清新，帶點酸，往後在瑞典不停搜尋這個品牌，可惜從未遇過。

This café has very decent and elegant design with the wooden furniture reflecting the history. I had my second attempt of Rhubarb here. It was a bottle of Rhubarb juice which taste so fresh with a bit of sourness. I tried to find this brand in Sweden but not having a success.

每次去旅行，亦會到訪該城市的公園或植物園，來到Slottsskogen公園，另一個地標可看到哥德堡的市郊景色。公園很大，劃分為多個區域，小朋友遊樂場﹑健身場﹑大草原﹑表演廣場、散步小徑﹑迷你動物園或登上瞭望台。天氣好夏天有充沛陽光，是不錯的周未野餐選擇。

Every time we travel, we will spend some time in the botanical garden or park. In Stockholm, we visited Slottsskogen park which is the significant attraction in Gothenburg to see the city view. The park is huge and divided into different zones. There are playground for kids, outdoor gym, big meadow, open-air theatre, nice walking path, mini zoo and an observatory. Again, it would be great to be here for a picnic in the weekend under the warm sun in summer.

冬天，遊人不多，地上繼續積雪，湖面都結冰。但相對容易拍照，不會太多閒人做佈景板。

We do not see a lot of people here maybe because of winter. There are snow everywhere and frozen lake. Since the park is not crowded, we could have better pictures and as many as we want.

昨天到訪漁市場，結果休息，所以今天再去一趟。大約4點到達，但裡面的餐廳都已經關門，只剩下售賣海鮮的檔口，極度無奈，因為沒有煮食爐，只能買可凍食的海蝦、凍蟹和燒魚，一共港幣80,真的超值！

After the park, we went to the fist market Feskekôrka as it was closed yesterday. It was around 4pm when we arrived. It is a surprised that all the restaurants have already closed and they only thing left was the seafood stalls. We were a bit desperate to get seafood as we cannot cook without kitchen and tools. So we chose to have the cold plate like shrimp, crab and grilled fish which cost us only HKD80. Super good deal!!!!

瑞典的小餐館冬天很早便關門，5點後要吃飯，要不自己煮，不然便要到餐廳吃。餐廳的價錢都不屬於便宜的水平，我們經過很多餐廳都沒有客滿，只有一兩枱客，真的不知道他們怎樣生存！競爭大，價錢貴，顧客小仍然可以高級餐廳成行成市，我真的不懂！

The eateries in Sweden closed early in winter. If you want to have meal after five, you can either cook or go for restaurants. The price for those restaurants is not belonging to low-end. When we walked pass the restaurants, most of them are not full house. They just have one or two tables taken. I am really curious how they could survive. The competition is very keen in Sweden while they set a very high price. Would the customers enough for them to make a profit?

回酒店吃海鮮餐，休息過後再外出，想看看哥德堡的夜景。在中央車站附近走走，繁忙的街上車來車往，嘗試拍一張大師作品，當兩輛電車從相反方向同步駛進相框時，我便按下快門。數十分鐘過後，我仍然未拍到心中所想，不是左邊的電車太早入鏡，便是兩輛電車重疊，說時容易做時難。

We went back to the hotel for our seafood meal. Then we had a rest before heading out again for the night view of Gothenburg. The Central station is the busiest area in the town with tram, bus and car drove around. I tried to take a master piece here. My idea is to have two trams coming in the frame at the same time with the same speed from two different direction. However, I was still waiting for the moment after ten minutes. It was hard, either the trams on the left was too fast or both of them overlapping.
