懶洋洋起床，再懶洋洋到Cafe吃早餐，剛好遇上正要出門的蘇格蘭情侶，他們已準備出外觀光。

Woke up without rush, slowly walked to the Cafe for breakfast. On the other hand, the Scottish couple finished breakfast and ready to go out. 

早餐是媽媽精心準備的Hoppers，把粉漿倒在特製做Hopper的圓形鋾鍋內燒煮，質地又軟又韌，但沒甚麼味道，所以進階版會加太陽蛋，如果在香港應該會出現抹茶和紫薯口味。
The Mom prepared us Hoppers for breakfast. It is a typical dish to cook the flour mixture in a semi-circle pot. The texture is soft and chewy with bland taste. That's why the advance version is to add a sunny side egg. I believe if Hoppers is popular in Hong Kong, Matcha and purple potato flavours will be invented. 

不久下起大雨，剛離開的蘇格蘭情侶被迫返回Cafe，但已經全身濕透。他們說都已經習慣下雨天，在蘇格蘭幾乎每一天都會下雨，但很少會像現在濕透和滴水。雨沒有停下亦沒有減弱，連Cafe的屋頂都開始滴水。Supan和Mel連忙放水筒盛水，又移開木餐桌座椅以防沾濕，忙得七手八腳。屋頂是用椰樹的葉編成，如果鋪頂時或編織手工不好便有機會出現雨天滲漏的情況。Mel說之前下雨已經發生漏水的情況，但一直未有時間處理，待雨季結束一定會再請人維修。
Unfortunately, it started raining heavily after a short while. The Scottish couple had to return back in the Cafe and they were all wet and soaked with water. They said they are used to rainy day as Scotland rains everyday, but not pouring rain in Scotland is not common. There is no signal that the rain will stop or became weaker. Water leaked through the roof. Supan and Mel acted quickly to bring the bucket to carry the water, moved the tables and chairs to avoid getting wet. There was a chaos. The roof is covered with coconut-leaf blinded top. If the workers did not place the top carefully or the weaving skill is not good enough, it causes leaking problem in rainy season. Mel said the leaking issue happened before but they did not have time to fix it. They will have to do it when rainy season ended. 

在Cafe跟他們聊天，打發時間，待停雨趕緊到鎮上買手信。我們這幾天走過不少紀念品店，主要是售賣包裝精美的茶葉，口味太多，令人花多眼亂，但想到參觀茶葉廠的所見，茶葉不會被列入手信名單。另一樣十分常見的手信是以椰子殼製的藝術品或餐具、廚具，這倒吸引我們眼球，決定買兩個高身酒杯和高身茶壺。

We spent quite a while to chat with them until the rain stopped. Then, we rushed to the town to get some souvenir. We came across different souvenir shops these days and they sell mainly premium tea leaves with nice packaging. Plenty of flavours and too many to choose. However, looking at the tea leaves reminded me the visit of tea leaves factory and I will not buy any as gift. Another popular gift is the coconut-shell handcrafted items like art, cutlery, kitchenware. It really attracted me and we decided to buy two wine glasses and a teapot. 

買好手信，回程途中經過另一間工藝店，廚窗放著另一款茶壺，肥又矮長咀口款式，應該適合泡茶用。老闆見我們站在店外，立即熱情招待，邀請到店內慢慢商量，但他獅子開大口開出兩陪價錢，我們一口拒絕，並轉身離開;一如所料他馬上減價，但價錢仍然偏高，我們還價說最多只能付某價錢，他說茶壺好手工，要求我們多付，這絕對是不合情理。我不想再浪費時間，我也被老闆苦苦痴前感到煩躁，大家價錢達不到共識，又不讓我們離開，就這樣抖前了五分鐘，我們忍不住真的要離開，把他硬塞到我們手的茶壺和計算機放下，他便很急躁怕我們離開，情急之下同意我們提議的價錢。
Done with shopping, we passed another handcrafted shop and saw a teapot at the window. It was a typical type with long neck which is good for making tea. The boss saw us standing at the door and invited us to discuss the business indoor. However, he offered us a rip-off price, a double price than the market price. Of cos we rejected and left. He saw that and reduced the price but still at a high level. We negotiated and told him our budget. He kept saying the teapot is a good one and instead of lower the price, he asked us to pay more which is totally not making sense. I did not want to waste my time and I was annoyed by the boss. We can't agree on a price and he did not let us go. Another five minutes gone and I really wanted to leave. He forced us to hold the teapot and dropped us the calculator while he was acting very anxious that we will leave the door. Within a second, he agreed on our offered price. 

我們都感到很驚訝，那一刻我已經不想買這個茶壺，但見老闆最後願意讓步，我變得不好意思拒絕，所以我們又多買了一個茶壺。(回到香港，立即用來泡茶，哈，水太熱，茶壺身爆列，現在只好當花盤)
We were so surprise about the change and at that moment, I did not want to buy the teapot anymore. However, I felt very bad to say no since he compromised. So, we ended up with two teapots to Hong Kong. (PS. We tried out this teapot in Hong Kong. However, the water is too hot and the teapot has some crack on causing leaking. Now, we used that as a flower pot)

回到Cabana, 等待著Kimmie和Rolf到達，因為他們早兩天都已經到達Hikkaduwa, 所以我們又再相見。由於Cabana不在大街，我們到埗時都找不到門牌，所以便走到大街上等待，那他們便不會錯過地址。差不多15分鐘，看到遠處TukTuk內的乘客有點臉熟，立刻示意司機停車。雖然他們有聽障，但絕對無阻他們獨自四處遊歷，他們的經歷一樣精彩快樂，沒有甚麼不可能。
Back to the Cabana, we waited for the visit of Kimmie and Rolf. They arrived Hikkaduwa two days ago and we scheduled to meet again before we go. Since Cabana is not located in the main street and we had a hard time looking for it when we arrived, we decided to wait for them at the main street to ensure they won't miss us. It was already 15 minutes and we saw them sitting in the Tuk Tuk. We waved at the driver/ them so that they would stop. Although they are disable, it is not the reason to stop them travel around. They also deserve a good travel and nothing is impossible. 

帶他們參觀我們住的cabana, 然後又到cafe喝杯茶聊聊天，我和Kimmie用手機打字來互相了解，Moritz和Rolf又寫又讀唇來傳達意思，感覺十分共融。以前曾想過學習手語，當然最終沒有兌現，否則一定大派用場。這一次見面是在斯里蘭卡最後一次，下一次見面將會在另一個國家。
We showed them around the cabana and chatted in the cafe. The phone, pen and paper are useful to communicate with each other. It feels no pain attached. I used to plan learning sign language. If I really did, it would be useful too. This is the last time we see each other in Sri Lanka. Next time, it would be in a new horizon.
