在Cabana 期間，早餐是我最期待的時間，因為Mel、Supan和Supan媽媽都會為我們煮地道早餐，簡單的材料，煮出人情味，呷一口紅茶，欣賞四周的花草，置身於森林中，每天都是好開始。
The breakfast time is my favour moment during stay in Cabana, because the owner's family - Mel, Supan and Supan's Mom will prepare us the local breakfast. I am so amazed with simple ingredients to make tasty dishes, together with a sip of black tea, cherish the natural environment around. We always have our meal inside a forest. Everyday has a good start from here.
浮潛後還有大半天，想著應該做什麼？因為這幾天沒有塗太陽油，我已經晒傷了，所以不想去沙灘游泳。在Hikkaduwa要做的都做過，留在這裡打發時間等如整個下午都在Cabana 睡覺。想起Galle離這裡只有30分鐘車程，不如去走走吧！
We still had a half day left after snorkeling. How we could make good use of it? I already get sun burnt since I didn't use sunblock these days, so I didn't feel like going to the beach. We had done most of it in Hikkaduwa, if I stayed in the town, probably will spend the day on the bed. We finally decided to visit Galle. It is just 30 minutes away.
即興決定行程感覺很好，沒有壓力，一切隨心，沒有期待沒有失望，卻能在過程中找到驚喜。
Improvised itinerary gives you no pressure and just follow your instinct to go. There is no expectation and no disappointment, the joy in the adventure became the surprises and highlight of the journey.
我們發現Galle有許多西餐廳和咖啡店，這一刻Moritz不需要四處搜尋咖啡，走在街上隨意都看到精品咖啡小店，問題是質素如何。我們選了間吃法式crepe的舖頭，到達斯國開始便吃咖哩放題，現在可以吃到其他國家食物，我的肚子感到很滿足。
Galle has lots of western cuisine and coffee shops. Moritz did not have to walk around to find a coffee shop. They are everywhere in the lanes and alleys. The only question to us is how's the quality? We chose a French style restaurant specialises in crepe. Since we arrived in Sri Lanka, our meals were all about All-you-can-eat CURRY! Now, we could eat something else, and something totally different made our stomach very happy.
走在Galle舊城區大街小巷，好像在德國的小鎮，而Moritz覺得似葡萄牙，特別是海邊的堤壩，所以挑不起他對Galle的好奇心。遊客都站滿堤壩在拍照，想獨享景色絕對是天謊夜譚。
Walking in the old town of Galle, it is like walking in Germany small town. Moritz found here more like Portugal, especially the dam next to the ocean. He did not have much interested here and not a single bit of curiosity. Tourists stood on the dam for picture, it was a joke to say I enjoy the view all by myself.
突然烏雲密佈，感到臉上被水沾濕，二話不說巴啦巴啦下起大雨，堤壩上的人都慌忙走避，這時便是獨享堤壩景色的最佳時機。
Until the moment that the weather changed badly all of a sudden. I felt some water dropped on my face and next was pouring water from the sky. It rained so heavily and all the tourists ran away from the dam to find shelter. It was the only moment to enjoy the view alone.
幸好大雨只維持了十分鐘，但我的興致已經減退，決定等待日落後便回Cabana休息。一場雨令天空更清澄，萬理無雲，能清楚看到太陽的位置，在城牆上看著它落下，整個天空和海洋都染成橙紅色，為Galle之旅劃上句號。
Luckily, the rain lasted only 10 minutes, but I was not feeling excited of this place anymore. We decided to stay until sunset and then go back to cabana. The rain helps to clear the sky, we could see clearly the sun. It was so nice to enjoy the sunset on top of the castle. The sun dyed the ocean and the sky red and it brought us a perfect ending in Galle.
回到Cabana已經天黑，但只是晚上7時左右，在花園乘涼，旅程來到尾聲，理應跟Moritz聊聊這次旅程，回憶一番。但事實是Moritz肚子感到不舒服，可能是木•蘋•果作怪。話說在斯里蘭卡的水果攤檔，看到一種外表圓looklook像羅漢果又像椰子，果肉啡黃色爛蓉蓉一點都不討好，味道更是帶強烈酸味。跟Supan和Mel談起這個怪味水果，他們說一般是用來做果汁，加點糖甜甜的易入口，而且通便十分有效，然後Supan媽媽在我們上午浮潛回來後便端來一杯木蘋果汁，想不到通便效果要半天後才見效，所以Moritz的肚子在Galle坐巴士回程時咕嚕咕嚕叫。
It was only 7pm when we got back to the cabana, but the sky was dark enough to say it was midnight. I set alone in the garden to chill because Moritz did not feel well of his stomach. It was a long story..... we learnt in Sri Lanka an exclusive fruit called wood apple. It is round like a pomegranate and looks like a coconut. The inside is brown and yellow with mincemeat texture, obviously not something look nice nor an apple. It tastes super sour. We mentioned to Supan and Mel about this weird fruit and they used that to make juice and added sugar to drink. It is good for stomach and constipation. Mom of Supan brought us a glass of wood apple juice after we came back from snorkeling. So, on our way back from Galle, Moritz's stomach was so active and he ran to the toilet when we arrived the cabana.

待肚子回復平靜，我們決定到海邊一間酒吧Chill's Space碰運氣，看看會否遇上海龜上岸生蛋。每逢月圓之夜，海龜都會回到出生的地方生蛋，而當天正是滿月，Supan說有海龜曾在Chill's Space出生，機會比較大。
We waited until his stomach feeling better to a seaside bar Chill's Space. We were there to try our luck if we could meet the sea turtles to lay egg. Every full moon, sea turtles will come back to where they born to lay egg. So we heard from Supan Chill's Space would have higher chance to have this happened.
喝著雞尾酒等待著，每逢海浪拍打在岸邊，在水退下來都希望看到海龜的身軀，看到水中漆黑的影子以為是海龜，但仍然是空歡喜一場。倒是看到大量蟹在沙灘上走來走去，每逢海浪一退，蟹都把握下一個浪來臨前向前奔跑，希望早一點到達目的地。
Waiting patiently with a glass of cocktail, every time the wave hit the shore was excited to me because it could bring the sea turtles. When I saw the dark shadow in the water, I would expect that is the sea turtle. However, we have no luck that night. Instead, we saw lots of crabs walking on the sand. The crab tried hard to walk faster than the wave and wanted to arrive their destination before the next wave come.
